Endodontic Therapy
Endodontic therapy is treatment to eliminate infections of
teeth and surrounding gums. We perform this procedure to
prevent tooth extraction when the inner soft tissue of a
tooth becomes damaged, infected, or inflamed. Once Dr. Firouzian removes the damaged tissue, he carefully fills the
tooth, and places a crown on the tooth to protect it and restore its
functionality. Signs you may need endodontic treatment
include pain, prolonged sensitivity to heat or cold,
tenderness to touch and chewing, and discoloration of the
tooth.
